How To Enroll A Student
Look up Student
Navigate to Enrollment Tab
Add a Class
Payment
Back to Previous Page
- A registrant (parent) must have a patron record in our database to enroll in a class.
Navigate to Enrollment Tab
- Next to "Name" enter whole or part of first name in left box and whole or part of last name in right box
- Click "Lookup and go to enrollment page"
Add a Class
- Use the dropdown to select a term and click "Go"
- Use the Class dropdown to select a class (Clicking "Details" is optional if you want to see more about the class)
- Use the radio buttons (little circles) next to the patron to choose who will be enrolling
- Click "Add to Order" and the class will be added to the order on the right hand side
- Repeat "Adding a Class section" to add more
Payment
- Enter the payment information on the right hand side
- An optional donation and notes can be added using the appropriate fields
- Click "Purchase" to complete the enrollment
