Summary
The Futrelle Sisters of Fayro, Texas are throwing a wedding. Mother-of-the-Bride Frankie is almost sick from her elaborate preparations for the antebellum-inspired wedding. In spite of her own marital problems, Frankie has held steadfastly to the hope that she can pull off one "final Futrelle occasion" with elegance and style. When word reaches the church that Tina Jo and her fiancé have fled Fayro and eloped, Frankie realizes there is no longer any chance of elegance and style; the family just needs to escape this nightmare as soon as possible. This comedy makes audiences gasp with laughter and wipe their streaming eyes as they witness the ridiculous shenanigans of this family’s misguided attempts to create a wedding to remember.
