Summary
When you call the help desk, you're looking for a solution - but your problems might just be beginning. Whether you're getting shamed about your inability to log in, giving your credit card information to a scammer, or having serious conversations with a clown, customer service calls spiral into absurdity for the customers and employees alike in this hilarious comedy.
The comedy “Help Desk” is a series of 13 vignettes about the trials and troubles people have as either help desk employees or callers. Issues from not being able to log into the network, to boyfriend breakups, to being on hold and then bounced from one person to the next are handled in humorous fashion that everyone can relate to. We have a large cast of familiar and not so familiar faces to entertain and bring a smile and laugh to your day. And remember “did you turn it off and then back on” and “is it plugged in” are important to understanding the humor in each of these scenes.
This show is one in a continuing series of online performances in 2020 and 2021.
